Terms and Conditions of Booking

1. Bookings and Payments

1.1. Booking Process

To confirm your booking, we require:

• A 30% deposit of the total trip amount
• The balance must be paid 30 days before the trip start date
• For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, full payment is required
• All payments must be made in Moroccan Dirham (MAD)

1.2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer
• Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
• Cash (in Moroccan Dirham only)

2. Cancellations and Modifications

2.1. Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the following fees apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: Deposit non-refundable
• Between 59 and 30 days before departure: 50% of total price
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total price

2.2. Booking Modifications

Modifications are accepted subject to availability:

• Modifications more than 30 days before departure: no fees
• Modifications between 29 and 15 days before departure: 15% fee
• Modifications less than 14 days before departure: not accepted

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure that:

• Your passport is valid for at least 6 months after your return date
• You have the necessary visas to enter Morocco
• You have adequate travel insurance
• You communicate any relevant medical information or dietary restrictions to us

3.2. Behavior

We reserve the right to terminate your vacation if your behavior is deemed dangerous, harmful, or unreasonable, with no right to refund.

4. Beyond Morocco Travel Responsibilities

4.1. Included Services

We commit to providing the services described in your confirmed itinerary, including:

• Accommodation in specified establishments
• Transportation according to the agreed itinerary
• Guide services and planned activities
• Breakfasts as per trip description

4.2. Excluded Services

Not included in our packages:

• International flights
• Travel insurance
• Meals not specified
• Personal expenses
• Tips and gratuities for guides/drivers
• Visa fees

5. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: extreme weather conditions, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or any other event qualifying as force majeure.

6. Claims and Disputes

6.1. Claim Procedure

Any claim must be:

• Reported immediately to our local representative
• Confirmed in writing within 14 days of your return
• Accompanied by any relevant documentary evidence

6.2. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.

7. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, you consent to us processing your data for the provision of the requested services.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By making a payment for your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all of these terms and conditions.
